Out of Peak Season, the cottage is available for 3 day breaks for £180.00.

Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own linen, bath towels and beach towels. Hire can be arranged if required. A cot and high chair are available should you need them. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer available for the use of guests.

One Pet is allowed by prior arrangement but the cottage is NO smoking.

In the summer season our changeover day is a Saturday but we are flexible the rest of the year. Guests may arrive at the property by 2 pm on the day of arrival but must vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure.

A deposit of 30% is required on booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is also payable when the final payment becomes due and will be returned to you on your return from holiday.
